In France, Social and Economic Committees are staff representatives who “ensure the collective expression of employees, allowing their interests to be taken into account on a permanent basis.” I was approached by the CSE of the Meta office in Paris to design a unique brand identity that reflects a supportive team of colleagues who stay attentive to the needs of employees. If you carry out a A quick Google search, you might soon find that CSE logos are often bland and predictable. The brief requested a unique brand identity that sets itself apart and reflects a true sense of unity and solidarity within a space where everyone is acknowledged, listened to and included. I was motivated to stand out from the search results. I transformed my client’s request into this into fluid, colourful set of lines that weave in and out of the wordmark to represent values of togetherness, harmony and flow - the core sense of belonging that any CSE should rightly express to its members
